Orchestra is a midseason variety that produces high yields of bold, uniform tubers with white skins and light yellow flesh, that have excellent cooking qualities. Orchestra has strong foliage with good drought and stress tolerance, and has good resistance to skin blemish diseases, making Orchestra well suited for quality bakers and pre-pack markets.
